Woo! After some intense knitting I'm SO happy to say that I have finished knitting the vampire sweater. Thank you all for your lovely comments and support for my last post.
Of course I still have to block (I'm thinking of steam blocking first and then the normal kind, if that doesn't work) and sew it together. However this doesn't daunt me half as much as having to knit it.
So, the next time you see this jumper, I will be wearing it!

ReplyDeleteCongrats! I'm jealous of the beautiful sweater but not jealous of the daunting task of finishing you have ahead of you... But I bet it will be cathartic,sewing up those seams and weaving in those ends; I usually end up enjoying the process more than I expected!
